WRKC Manager Sue Henry and student managers Kaitlin Falatovich, Sarah Scinto, and Paul Ofcharsky spoke to the Hispanic Outreach Program, which includes members from local middle schools, on what it is like to run a radio station. The managers spoke about their experiences when the station was a “dungeon” at 88.5 WRKC to becoming a major success at one of the smaller radio stations. Student Managers also discussed how the King’s College education has expanded their outlook and how a diverse learning experience can help better you to perform multiple tasks.  WRKC continues to stride for excellency winning National Awards and having recently been nominated for 11 Intercollegate Broadcast System Awards, including Best College Radio Station.
